Hole is mine weapons list
Weapon types overview

Hole Is Mine does not give you a traditional weapon swap or ammo system. Your offensive power comes from the Mini'Ohs you launch into the Hole and the gear slots you fill on them. Throwing is your core action, tracked by the Lance(88 throws),Neil(777 throws), and Louis(1666 throws) achievements, so most weapons are really loadout pieces rather than consumables.
Gear is divided into several equipment slots, and the first drop in each category is tracked by its own achievement. That makes slot coverage a useful early checklist:
- Tool equipment
- your main mining weapon class. The first Tool unlocks
- Tentacle
- a special offensive gear type. Your first Tentacle triggers
- Head equipment
- first one gives
- Back equipment
- first one gives
- Mask equipment
- first one gives
- Hair
- first one gives
- Costume
- activating your first Costume gives
- Skull
- first one gives
Do not treat these as competing weapon categories. A single Mini'Oh can wear multiple slots at once, and equipping every slot on one Mini'Oh triggers The Mini'Oh wears Prad'Ah.
How to unlock
Gear unlocks through two main loops:rescuing Mini'Ohs to grow the Village and opening loot from mining runs. Your first loot box gives Looting Time!, and boxes are the source of your first equipment drops in each slot.
Key rescue milestones open the gear economy:
- Rescue the first Mini'Oh (Hi, my name is...) to start your team.
- Rescue the Butcher to unlock the Forge(What were you doing there?).
- Rescue the Sailor to unlock the Sea Shop(Sailor Mo'Oh).
- Rescue the Builder to unlock the Mushroom Shop(I missed you, my home...).
Depth also matters. Completing the first through fourth Caves triggers Deep,Deeper,Deepest, and Hyper Deepest, and deeper Cave layers tend to surface better gear and rarer drops like Tentacles and Skulls. Keep gathering worms along the way, since the game tracks milestones at 100,10,000, and 250,000 worms, making them a core progression resource for your loadout work.
Prioritize rescues over long grinding sessions early. The Butcher, Sailor, and Builder each open a shop that expands what your Mini'Ohs can equip, and shops are the most reliable source of new gear types.
Notable weapons
Tool equipment
Tools are your bread-and-butter mining weapons. They tie directly to the block destruction chain of 100,2000, then 8500 blocks. If you want to raise your output, upgrading Tool gear is the most direct path, and it pays off across every deeper Cave run.
Tentacle
Tentacles are the flashiest offensive slot. The first one earns Maniac Mansi'Oh, and they appear to be rarer than head, back, and tool drops. Because they only show up once you push further into the run, a Tentacle is a good signal that you have reached the content that matters for endgame loadouts.
Costumes and full sets
Costumes activate separately from normal slots and trigger You look wonderful! on first use. The bigger goal is a complete loadout: fill every slot on one Mini'Oh for The Mini'Oh wears Prad'Ah, then work toward Full closet, which requires at least one of every equipment type. Costume activation also feeds the Dispenser machine item use progression, so experiment with them rather than saving them.
Tips
- Throw constantly. Throw counts drive both progress and achievements:88,777, and 1666 throws. There is no reason to hoard throws in a play-at-your-own-pace game.
- Use items as they come up. Item use is tracked at 5,66, and 222 uses (Dispenser machine,Supermarket,Shopping Mall). Staying active with items also feeds gear upgrades.
- Equip one Mini'Oh fully first. Instead of spreading gear across your whole team, fill every slot on a single Mini'Oh to grab the full-set achievement and test how the loadout feels before you clone more units.
- Watch for stuns. The Auch! achievement triggers the first time you get stunned, so keep an eye on hazards while your tools are swinging; a stun wastes throws and slows down block milestones.
- Save anytime and experiment. The game supports saving at any point, so swap gear between runs freely and test loadouts without risking progress.
